  • Intelligent Buildings the Lifetime Management Issues – smart facilities and maintenance management including performance based solutions.
  • Intelligent Buildings the Research & Educational Issues – the issues associated with research and education including feeding back the outcomes into the demand side requirements and the supply chain.

The agendas for Intelligent Buildings are not prescriptive, individuals and organisations are encouraged to educate and enlighten fellow professionals and academics in new ideas associated with the real estate, construction and property industries.
